Job Context:
∎ The position will be responsible to meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. He will also be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
∎ Corporate sales (Government / Autonomous / Banks & all other Financial Institutions / Garments / NGOs / Universities / Public / Private / Companies / Agencies) in Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make sales plan as per given sales target focusing on corporate business segments such as- Corporate houses, Institutions, Banks, Government utilities etc.
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
∎ Responsible for achieving sales target of the assigned corporate bodies.
∎ Focus on developing relation with corporate level customers as well as retention of the existing customers.
∎ Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
∎ Organize weekly/ monthly sales collection meetings with the team.
∎ Responsible for increasing business opportunities through various routes and also need to develop new businesses.
∎ Provide after-sales service to the existing customers and also need to organize promotional initiatives for attracting the customers.
∎ Ability to lead the sales team and responsible to manage all the team members and train them and need to develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth.
∎ Ensure that marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales targets.
∎ Need to have the knowledge of competitor activities with sales, collection, credit and new product entry.
∎ Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance.
∎ Prepare and present periodic budgets/sales forecasts to management.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years including 2 year(s) in Stationery or FMCG sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Corporate and Institutional Sale of Stationery/FMCG
∎ Candidates able to ride Motorcycle may be given preference,
∎ Need to be smart & presentable with leadership quality.
∎ Ability to take challenge, overcome obstacles with winning attitude.
∎ The candidate may need to travel frequently.
∎ Must have MS Office operating skill and technology loving personality.
