• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile/Fashion Design/Charukola Institute (Fine Arts) or related field.

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in home textile design.

• Freshers are also encourage to apply.

• Strong knowledge of design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD tools).

• Good understanding of fabrics, textures, finishing, and production techniques.

• Creativity, trend awareness, and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills in English and Bengali.

• Experience with export buyers is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design innovative home textile products based on market trends and buyer requirements.

• Develop seasonal collections with concepts, color stories, and pattern ideas.

• Prepare design sheets, mockups, and artwork for sample development and production.

• Coordinate with the product development and marketing teams for buyer presentations.

• Research global trends, fabrics, colors, and techniques suitable for export and local markets.

• Work with printing, embroidery, jacquard, and woven patterns.
