Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager (Dairy Sales) to lead our sales operations, drive business growth, and strengthen market presence in the dairy sector.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead a group of Sales Team to accelerate Dairy & Beverage Product
Sales Supervision in Retail Channel
Sales Administration
Nurture existing & explore new Dealer & sales partner
Expand Coverage Area
Supervise day to-day Sales operations
Correlate Production, Marketing & Sales Team to achieve target
Nurture & boost up weak areas & team to develop Sales
Budget & Cost Control
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly
Any other relevant assignment
