• Experience Requirements: Minimum 7 to 12 years in relevant field

• Excellent communication in both English & Bengali

• Moderate computer knowledge along with M.S word & Excel package is a must.

• Prepare Auto-CAD drawing and establishing electrical work.

• Experience and proven trac record in similar field will be given major preference.

Key Responsibility:

• Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct research to identify new markets, trends, and potential clients; develop and execute strategic business plans.

• Client & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, developers, and key stakeholders; act as a liaison for client needs.

• Sales & Tendering: Prepare and submit bids, tenders, and proposals; develop pricing strategies and competitive estimates.

• Project Support: Coordinate with estimating, operations, and technical teams for seamless project handover and delivery.

• Leadership & Mentoring: Manage and mentor a business development team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies.

• Reporting & Documentation: Draft reports, presentations, and business documents (EOIs, NDAs) for internal and external use.
