Responsibilities & Context:

RID HOLDINGS LIMITED (RHL) one of the first growing Real Estate Company in Chattogram city is looking for qualified, Self-starter, Multi-tasking abilities & proactive individual to fill up the following positions: Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager- Business Development

Responsibilities:

  • Direct Sales/ Marketing.

  • Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.

  • Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.

  • Prepare report as required by management.

  • Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.

  • Development new clients & maintain good relationship with existing clients.

  • Build a strong relationship with customer.

  • Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.

  • Development of Plan, Designs for meeting demands and requirements of the Clients.

  • Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.

  • Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.

  • Coordinate with Customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
