∎ Proven tele sales or customer service experience.
∎ Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

∎ Skill set: Bengali & English writing, Email, Word, Excel, Google Doc & Sheet, Browsing.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Generate leads through follow-up calls to customers and convert them into appointments.
∎ Manage online customer queries.
∎ Need to handle incoming and outgoing calls.
∎ Ensure the finest service to the customers and improve many aspects of the services.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Collect customer feedback by calling them.
∎ Prepare reports as per requirement.
∎ Other works assigned by the management.
