Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Learn and support lead generation activities through customer interaction and local marketing initiatives.
Handle customer queries and provide product information to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Participate in sales planning, product display, and stock arrangement.
Support B2C and B2B sales operations under the guidance of senior team members.
Maintain basic documentation related to sales, delivery, and collection as per company policy.
Ensure timely communication and coordination with internal departments for smooth operations.
Participate in training sessions to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager.
