Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and execute marketing and sales activities for silicone sealant and hardware products.
Develop new dealers, distributors and project-based clients.
Maintain strong relationships with retailers, fabricators, architects and interior firms.
Conduct regular field visits to achieve assigned sales targets and ensure sustainable business growth.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report and submit to management.
Ensure proper coordination of product delivery, collection and after-sales support.
Support and implement promotional activities such as seminars, meetings, offers and campaigns.
