Responsibilities & Context:
Job Description – Sales Representative (Spices Products)
The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling company spices products (turmeric, coriander, chilli and jeera powder) to retail and wholesale shopkeepers in assigned market areas. The role is field-based and focused on increasing sales and expanding the customer base.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Visit grocery stores, retail shops and wholesalers on a regular basis within the assigned area.
Introduce and promote company spices products to shopkeepers.
Take orders from customers and ensure timely delivery of products.
Develop new customers and expand the market coverage.
Maintain strong and long-term relationships with shopkeepers.
Ensure proper product display and visibility at customer shops.
Collect payments from customers when required and submit to the office.
Monitor market demand, competitor pricing and customer feedback.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales reports to management.
Follow company sales policies and maintain professional behavior at all times.
