• Age 35 to 40 years

• At least 6-10 years` relevant experience in any reputed pharmaceutical company

• Strong computer skills, time-management, organizational and planning skills

• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence KOLs

• Strong written/verbal communication and relationship management skills

Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets

• Managing, training and providing overall guidance to the sales team of assigned area and territory

• Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management

• Ensuring the proper utilization of the resources through team members

• Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers
