Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and company goals.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term business growth.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement with clients while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Generate detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Mentor and guide junior sales team members to enhance performance and professional growth.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote brand visibility.
