Job Summary

Hermen (Pvt.) Limited is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our cosmetics, beauty, and aesthetic-related business. The ideal candidate will have strong industry exposure, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to translate brand vision into measurable market growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Lead brand positioning and campaign planning for cosmetics, beauty products, and aesthetic services.

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing activities (social media, performance ads, content, influencers, SEO/SEM).

• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

• Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and ROI tracking.

• Coordinate with sales, product, and external agencies to ensure integrated marketing execution.

• Oversee content direction, promotional materials, and brand communication consistency.

• Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for management.

• Plan and execute retail point–focused marketing initiatives to drive in-store visibility and sales.
