Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in related field or Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Business or its equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
∎ Able to create, develop and expands dynamics contents (static & motion) of social media platform daily, e.g., Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
∎ Managing ad manager.
∎ Releasing ads in following platforms: Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Youtube.
∎ Establish and develop marketing communications collaterals which include magazines, brochures, banners, posters, press advertisements, packaging and printing materials.
∎ Design and layout of print ads and collaterals, digital assets (ie. banners, website layouts, etc) and other related design work as and when needed. Must be comfortable creating assets for social media and aware of the technical limitations.
∎ Developing brand strategy and providing creative concepts and designs to the different campaigns.
∎ Ensuring effective and efficient coordination between team and client creative inputs.
∎ Develop behavioral change communications strategies which meet the client's objectives and program goals.
∎ Work closely with the team to visually explain complex data findings, including info-graphics.
∎ Assist with the writing and presentation of cohesive and persuasive rationales for creative approaches, including page layout, presentation design, icon creation and photo editing.
∎ Assist with the artistic input and design for print materials, video contents and social media products.
∎ Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of graphics design and digital marketing experience.
∎ Experience with Meta: Managing ad manager, customer targeting on facebook.
∎ Experience with Canva, photoshop etc.
∎ A demonstrated working knowledge of experience design, brand development, and creative process.
∎ Strong knowledge of Adobe collections, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, in addition to an understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Experience with international development or a strong international communications background.
∎ Print and web design capabilities: must know how to work with both types of media for integrated campaigns.
∎ Creative mind and storytelling skills.
∎ Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing.
∎ At least 2 years of graphics design and digital marketing experience.
