Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare B2B marketing plan and Design, build and maintain our social media presence with conversion tests.
∎ Ascertain the demand, product planning, distribution and facilitate the entire marketing process.
∎ Keep updated on current best practices and industry standards; continuously recommend new approaches, innovating ideas, and technologies.
∎ Manage marketing content assets as required, including sales letters, email marketing copy, subject lines, brochures, etc.
∎ Cooperation with supervisor regular basis and Collaborate with distributors & vendors
∎ Maintain log of communications & Execute any other task assigned by the supervisor
∎ Set distribution goals and plan and manage distribution operations to achieve the set goals.
∎ Develop distribution budgets and manage expenses within the budgets.
∎ Enhance excellent business relationship with the relevant outlet's concerns.
∎ Ensure product availability and properly product Merchandising in assigned outlets
∎ Supervise the Credit management and GRN.
∎ Ensure sustainable business growth & enhance market share.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Experience Requirements: At least 2-3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Distribution Sales, B2B Sales
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate.
∎ Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
∎ Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
∎ Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
∎ Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
