• Drive domestic sales of locally stocked chemicals and raw materials catering to plastic, paint, ink, packaging, and cable manufacturing industries.

• Identify new business opportunities through market mapping, customer visits, and industry networking.

• Understand customer applications, technical requirements, and consumption patterns to offer suitable chemical solutions.

• Achieve assigned sales targets related to revenue, volume, margin, and market penetration.

• Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and order closures efficiently.

• Resolve customer issues related to quality, delivery, or documentation in coordination with internal teams.

• Collect and analyze market intelligence to support expansion of product portfolio and customer base.

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling within existing accounts.

• Work closely with procurement, warehousing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely deliveries.

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reports as required.

• Track KPIs related to sales growth, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and dependable service.
