Experience:
Communicate professionally and promptly with customers, suppliers, and internal teams via email and platforms.
Coordinate end-to-end order processing: from PI issuance to delivery tracking.
Collect, prepare, and validate LC documentation, and follow up on amendments in coordination with commercial and bank teams.
Verify shipping documents (Invoice, BL, COO, Packing List, etc.) ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with Clearing & Forwarding agents to ensure timely cargo clearance and delivery.
Maintain accurate records in the MIS and internal platforms.
Ensure robust document filing and digital archiving systems for logistics and commercial activities.
Continuously improve internal processes to support efficient customer order execution.
Uphold Remex’s philosophy of ethical dealings, data accuracy, and on-time delivery.
Carry out any other task assigned by the management with integrity and ownership.
