Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with customers, suppliers, and internal teams via email and platforms.

  • Coordinate end-to-end order processing: from PI issuance to delivery tracking.

  • Collect, prepare, and validate LC documentation, and follow up on amendments in coordination with commercial and bank teams.

  • Verify shipping documents (Invoice, BL, COO, Packing List, etc.) ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with Clearing & Forwarding agents to ensure timely cargo clearance and delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records in the MIS and internal platforms.

  • Ensure robust document filing and digital archiving systems for logistics and commercial activities.

  • Continuously improve internal processes to support efficient customer order execution.

  • Uphold Remex’s philosophy of ethical dealings, data accuracy, and on-time delivery.

  • Carry out any other task assigned by the management with integrity and ownership.
