• Experienced in Detergent and Toiletries items will get preference.

• Computer/Laptop and Smart phone literature is must.

We are hiring RSM for sales & marketing consumer’s products of our own company. To conduct in assigned areas as per sales & marketing plan and program to promote sales and improve operational efficiency.

• To manage team to meet sales target.

• Developing and setting sales and marketing plan.

• Must be target oriented able to fulfill responsibilities.

• Setup new dealers/distributors independently and monitor existing dealers with good relationship.

• To search & find market gaps and take intimate to appoint dealer for coverage.

• Finding and locating the potential sources for marketing and sales.

• Follow up all the sales and promotional activities.

• Responsible for reporting sales and market related information to superior timely with accuracy.

• Collect competitor’s necessary info, activities and strategies with the help of resource person and report to management.

• Monitor and lead respective Territory sales manager and sales officers to achieve overall company goals.

• Salary Review: Yearly
