Job Context:
∎ We are looking to hire a talented and hardworking computer hardware engineer to develop, design, and install hardware components for electrical and computer systems. You will be responsible for designing base hardware systems, installing complex hardware components, analyzing computer performance data, system troubleshooting, collaborating with software engineers, and modifying existing hardware platforms to enhance functionality in upgraded systems.
∎ To ensure success as a computer hardware engineer, you should exhibit a meticulous and analytical approach to your work. Ultimately, a skilled computer engineer will work methodically to identify and design hardware systems that perfectly adapt to the software specifications.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and coordinate Head office and also others unit.
∎ Designing, Developing and supervise the production and installation of computer hardware including keyboards, touch monitors, CPU, Monitor, modems, printers, computer systems, chips, circuit boards, etc.
∎ Design and test new computer hardware and equipment to meet customer specifications or in-house project requirements, and participate in all aspects of development from initial planning to production
∎ Analyze design plans and project requirement data to create comprehensive testing procedures to verify that components and features operate correctly and meet operational benchmarks
∎ Coordinate with developers, project managers, engineering teams and quality assurance personnel to resolve technical issues during development, testing and production
∎ Test existing hardware components, including processors, circuit boards and network equipment, to define operational parameters and recommend necessary upgrades and replacements to meet current and future performance standards
∎ Oversee manufacturing and production of new hardware, including development of operational prototypes, to verify compliance with design plans and testing procedures
∎ Ensure new hardware systems and equipment work correctly with computer software programs according to performance requirements, and modify hardware as necessary to address errors and other concerns
∎ Designing blueprints of new computer equipment, and creating new hardware.
∎ Making models of new hardware designs, and testing those models
∎ Analyzing the results of these tests, and making any necessary adjustments to the design
∎ Upgrading current computer equipment and maximizing compatibility with new software
∎ Supervising the manufacturing of new computer hardware
∎ Testing hardware components individually and in tandem with external computer systems.
∎ Analyzing systems data in order to make changes to the hardware configuration.
∎ Completing functionality and performance tests on the final product.
∎ Designing hardware for computer-related products such as routers and smart devices.
∎ Creating specifications and documents for components and completed computer systems.
∎ Collaborating with software developers to ensure the hardware functions for its intended purpose.
∎ Overseeing manufacturing process of hardware components.
∎ Install, Configure and Repair Computer Hardware
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role.
∎ At least 5-10 years of experience working in hardware engineering.
∎ Analytical thinking with good problem-solving abilities.
∎ Ability to work to a strict deadline.
∎ Ability to work closely with the software development team.
∎ Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, and electrical systems.
∎ Ability to see potential problems in a system setup.
∎ Attention to detail.
∎ Strong knowledge of design analytics, algorithms, and measuring tools
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ A creative thinker with good analytical abilities
∎ Proficient in problem-solving to resolve issues in a timely manner
