∎ Candidates having relevant experience from Business Administration background may also be considered.

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gather and analyse business requirements
∎ Lead collaboration effort with the development team and business users to design the functional solution to meet the business needs
∎ Work collaboratively with development team and business users to analyse, capture and document business requirements and document as-is and to-be business processes
∎ Lead the effort to prepare the logical and conceptual design documentation; participate in the development of the physical design
∎ Facilitate stakeholder sessions in prioritizing business requirements and ensure alignment with program
∎ Collaborate with developers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to develop IT solutions that support business strategies and goals, conform to technology design and implementation best practices, and optimize the user experience
∎ Serve as project manager for various projects
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong understanding of software development life cycle
∎ Strong understanding of project management life cycle
∎ Understanding of business process engineering
∎ Good knowledge of new development tools.
∎ Sound interpersonal & communication skill
∎ Strong analytical skills and critical reasoning to understand new/existing businesses
