∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ACMA, ACA

Job Context:
∎ We have our own modern factory with an impressive one-stop-shop production facility serving apparel identification solutions, print and packaging industry.
∎ We are looking for highly professional, expertise, dynamic, hardworking, intelligence, self-motivated people for Joint Venture Trims Company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor daily operations of Accounts department such as accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, and treasury, etc.
∎ Forecast budgeting, cash, revenue, and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, account statement reconciliations, fixed assets, debt activity, etc.
∎ Customer wise sales, credit limit, and Accounts Receivable analysis.
∎ Monitoring credit limit in ERP based on approval.
∎ Party-wise short & excess recovery analysis of Feed, Day-old-chick (DOC), etc.
∎ Provide various information to Management regarding Sales, Collection, Credit Limit, and Accounts Receivable.
∎ Prepare and review monthly and other periodic financial reporting as per accounting standards to submit to the management and provide financial performance and position of the company.
∎ Analysis of receivable & customer credit from different aspects & provide to the Management.
∎ Preparation of monthly and yearly income statement, cash flow, and balance sheet.
∎ Voucher Checking, Approve, Posting & Correcting to ERP, Checking Cash Book.
∎ Assist Costing Dept. in preparing products and other costings.
∎ Prepare draft audit report and assist external audit.
∎ Monitoring of Accounts Payable analysis with the aging report.
∎ Quarterly monitoring of supplier's ledger balance and send them a balance confirmation letter.
∎ Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good written & verbal communication in English & Bangla
Salary: Negotiable
