∎ Engineering background would be given priority

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production in Printing and Packaging Industry.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production manager must preplan job assignment for individual machines and workforce to optimize resources for maximum production at minimum time and wastage.
∎ Must coordinate cutting, pasting, binding, laminating etc. For timely delivery.
∎ Experience in commercial offset printing press with multiple multicolor machines is a must. Execute a professional, high quality printing process
∎ Would prefer below 40years age with required experience of leading a successful team.
∎ Coordinate and manage workflow throughout multiple agency and production relationships.
∎ Prepare specifications for new parts with vendors and negotiate effectually pricing structures.
∎ Ensure to involve in process and supervise prototypes, mock-ups, printer proofs and electronic templates with vendors.
∎ Perform with finance on budgeting, estimates and cost analysis of actual product compared to proposed project.
∎ Provide print production quality assurance and review entire work from concept till delivery.
∎ Prepare data and analysis on the business unit for monthly performance management meeting.
∎ Oversee all print jobs. Identify the process for each job, document it, and assign the work.
