∎ Training/Trade Course: Lean Management
∎ Skills Required: Good communication skills, Good leadership, MICROSOFT OFFICE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cutting Production, Garments Production, Production Management (Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Scientific Layout & Operation bulletin make minimum 15 days ago for every style based on process, machine & man.
∎ Line pre-production TNA from Risk analysis meeting to 1st Line output whole procedure ensure by IE Asst. Manager to smooth total production management.
∎ Make ensure Change over time "0" for every style & lead the full COT team from beginning.
∎ Line balancing ensure as per plan pick target within 3 days for all styles from layout start by proper capacity study.
∎ Learning Curve ensure 5 days for every style.
∎ Thread & Accessories consumption confirm & submit to Merchant team.
∎ Hourly production monitor & ensure 1st 5 hours production achievement minimum 90%.
∎ Line wise low efficient & Defective area identify & give the solution.
∎ Factory's efficiency ensure 60%.
∎ Daily earning ensure as per factory cost.
∎ Operator's skill matrix update & ensure per line 60% operator will be A great & have to know 9 critical processes of woven jacket.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
