Responsibilities & Context:
∎ নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়া পরিচালনা করা (Job Posting, Screening, Interview, Selection)।কর্মীদের প্রশিক্ষণ, মূল্যায়ন ও কর্মদক্ষতা উন্নয়ন নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ কর্মীদের বেতন-ভাতা, উপস্থিতি ও ছুটির হিসাব সংরক্ষণ করা।
∎ প্রতিষ্ঠানের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী কর্মীদের শৃঙ্খলা ও আচরণ বজায় রাখা।
∎ কর্মক্ষেত্রে সুস্থ পরিবেশ নিশ্চিত করা ও কনফ্লিক্ট ম্যানেজমেন্ট করা।
∎ কর্মচারীদের সমস্যার সমাধান ও তাদের সঙ্গে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা।
∎ অফিস ম্যানেজমেন্ট, ফাইলিং সিস্টেম ও নথিপত্র সংরক্ষণ করা।
∎ অফিস সরঞ্জাম, লজিস্টিক ও অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় সামগ্রীর তদারকি করা।
∎ কোম্পানির নিয়মনীতি ও আইনগত বিষয়সমূহ নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ অফিস স্টাফদের কার্যক্রম মনিটরিং ও রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা।
∎ অফিস পরিবেশ ও নিরাপত্তা বজায় রাখা।
∎ কোম্পানির সেবা ও প্রোডাক্টের প্রচারণা এবং ব্র্যান্ডিং কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা।
∎ নতুন এজেন্ট পার্টনার, হাসপাতাল ও ক্লিনিক পার্টনার সংগ্রহ করা।
∎ ফিল্ড মার্কেটিং কার্যক্রম তদারকি করা ও রিপোর্ট প্রদান করা।
∎ গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টি বৃদ্ধি এবং তাদের কাছ থেকে ফিডব্যাক সংগ্রহ করা।
∎ অনলাইন ও অফলাইন মার্কেটিং কৌশল তৈরি ও বাস্তবায়ন করা।বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জনের জন্য স্ট্র্যাটেজি তৈরি করা।
