Responsibilities & Context:
∎ রোগী পরিদর্শন এবং চক্ষু সংক্রান্ত বিভিন্ন রোগের পরীক্ষা করা।
∎ রোগীর ডায়াগনোসিস এবং চিকিৎসার প্রাথমিক প্রস্তাবনা তৈরি করা।
∎ চক্ষু অপারেশন এবং অন্যান্য চিকিৎসা পদ্ধতিতে সহায়তা প্রদান করা।
∎ রোগীর রিপোর্ট বিশ্লেষণ এবং পরবর্তী চিকিৎসা প্রক্রিয়া পরিচালনা করা।
∎ চক্ষু রোগ সংক্রান্ত পরামর্শ এবং গাইডলাইন প্রদান করা।
∎ মেডিক্যাল রেকর্ড এবং রিপোর্ট সংরক্ষণ করা।
∎ সিনিয়র ডাক্তার এবং মেডিকেল টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে রোগীর চিকিৎসা নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ রোগীদের সেবা প্রদান এবং তাদের প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়া।
∎ পেশাগত উন্নয়ন ও প্রশিক্ষণে অংশ নেওয়া।
∎ রোগীর চিকিৎসার অগ্রগতি পর্যবেক্ষণ এবং প্রয়োজনীয় পরিবর্তন বা আপডেট প্রস্তাবনা প্রদান করা।
∎ চক্ষু রোগীদের জন্য ওষুধের প্রেসক্রিপশন এবং ব্যবস্থাপনা প্রস্তুত করা।
∎ চক্ষু সমস্যাগুলির জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় পরীক্ষা যেমন ভিশন টেস্ট, আই প্রেসার চেক, রেটিনা চেক ইত্যাদি পরিচালনা করা।
∎ রোগীদের পরিবারের সদস্যদের চিকিৎসা সম্পর্কিত তথ্য প্রদান এবং সঠিক চিকিৎসার জন্য তাদের পরামর্শ দেওয়া।
∎ চক্ষু সমস্যা এবং এর প্রতিকার সম্পর্কিত সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধি করার জন্য সেমিনার ও কর্মশালা আয়োজন করা।
∎ রোগীর চিকিৎসার জন্য মেডিক্যাল টিমের সদস্যদের সাথে নিবিড় যোগাযোগ বজায় রাখা।
∎ বিশেষত বাচ্চাদের এবং বৃদ্ধদের জন্য চক্ষু চিকিৎসা এবং সহায়ক পরামর্শ প্রদান।
∎ ইনফেকশন নিয়ন্ত্রণ এবং স্যানিটেশন প্রটোকল অনুযায়ী রোগীদের সুরক্ষা নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ বিভিন্ন ধরনের চক্ষু অপারেশন (যেমন: কেটারাক্ট, রেটিনা অপারেশন) এ সহায়তা প্রদান করা।
∎ রোগীর জটিল কেস নিয়ে সিনিয়র ডাক্তারদের সাথে আলোচনা এবং পরবর্তী পদক্ষেপ নির্ধারণ করা।
∎ জরুরি চক্ষু চিকিৎসার পরিস্থিতিতে দ্রুত সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ ও কার্যকর ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া।
