Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ BBA/MBA major in HRM with adequate knowledge in Admin & HR of Garments & Textile Sector.
∎ PGD in HRM will add advantage for this position.
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft Office Applications

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Attendance, Compensation & Benefits, Leave Management, payroll management, Performance appraisal, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, establish and implement a framework of organizational development process, policy & procedure.
∎ Handle recruitment, selection & placement.
∎ Ensure job changes as per existing practice, service confirmation and on time performance appraisal, transfer.
∎ Update company database with the data of new employees (e.g., Background, qualification, skill, etc).
∎ Preparation/Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues.
∎ Ensure preparation of Salary, Wages, OT allowance, Incentives, Bonus, overtime & night allowance & others payment sheet and on time disbursement of the same.
∎ Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance.
∎ Handle grievances in a prescribed manner and ensure employees motivation to achieve optimum desired output.
∎ Follow up training and preparation of training schedule & module as per Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Conduct training & maintain its records and analyze the feedback of training;
∎ Maintain safety & security, health-hygiene, environmental issues of assigned factory;
∎ Maintain the factory ready for Social Compliance Audit, Security System Audit, Technical Audit, Environmental Audit, Management Audit, HR Audit, etc.
∎ Maintain & follow up licenses and certificates along with necessary legal documents.
∎ Ensure that firefighting drills are regularly arranged, fire equipment are very much available in sufficient numbers & fire exits are clearly marked;
∎ Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation/Induction, exit interview, Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, confirmation related work.
∎ To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
∎ Maintain logistic and administrative support for assigned factory to maximize productivity.
∎ Follow up day to day housekeeping & physically floor visit.
∎ Maintain required Management Information System (MIS).
∎ Other task and responsibilities, as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge about BD Labor Law-2006 and Rules-2015
∎ Computer & Software proficiency will add extra value.
∎ Must have the knowledge about Knit Garments.
∎ Should be well-behaved, honest and able to work timely.
∎ Should have knowledge in Social, Technical Audit.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Should have strong leadership and team management skill
