Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up Attendance, Payroll Management, Leave Management, Compensation benefits & incentive schemes.
∎ Responsible for Manpower recruitment for the factory.
∎ Work distribution and monitoring of the workers including FR.
∎ Evaluate the worker's performance including FR and other subordinate HR officers.
∎ Look after the scope of the work of FR and other subordinate HR officers.
∎ Performance evaluation of the workers for the monthly efficiency bonus
∎ Directly monitoring and involving disciplinary procedures and investigation.
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules, 2015.
∎ Ensure the factories are always prepared/ready for the following audits, Social Compliance Audit, Technical/Quality Assurance Audit & Security System Audit (CTPAT)
∎ Follow up on employee/labor relations & legal affairs work
∎ Preparation / Issue office notes, memos, office orders & circulars in respect of HR issues
∎ Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview
∎ Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation-related work.
∎ To develop, upgrade and implement HR & Admin policies, and guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR & Admin operation within the company.
∎ Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance.
∎ Follow up expenditures like staff & workers' salaries & wages, overtime & night allowance, incentives, Final settlement bill, etc.
∎ To improve workers and management relationships, communicate with workers & staff, attend a participation committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
∎ Ensure security of plant, properties, premises & personnel.
∎ Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staff etc. on administrative issues.
∎ Maintain rapport with the local bodies, buyer representatives, and govt. agencies.
∎ Ensure policy & procedure for smooth running in the factory.
∎ Update licenses, and certificates.
∎ Follow up on hygienic issues
∎ Give orientation to the newly recruited workers.
∎ Look after the company's day-to-day administrative issues, recruitment, Office maintenance, Event management, etc.
∎ Evaluation training needs where needed.
∎ Reduce Departmental Cost
∎ To communicate with buyer and ensure the liaison as a social compliance account holder for C&A, Primark, Esprit & S. Oliver (monthly basis) CAP prepare & sent, solve buyers findings and other tasks as per the requirement of buyers with the co-ordination of team compliance.
∎ Co-ordination of team compliance need to prepare FFC assessment through the SLCP for C&A buyer.
∎ Follow-up SLCP and BWB Platform, Submit Necessary Information and Documents also face to SLCP verification on time.
∎ To check the compliance way all final settlement bills like as (separation, dismissed, resign, unnoticed, Death benefit bill) & to be responsible cross check & check all maternity bill.
∎ Assist the Sr. Manager & GM to develop different policy and procedure to comply the local law as well as fulfill the requirements of different buyers & presentation at the time of audits.
∎ Have to conduct Social compliance audit in terms of supplier factor of Tier-2 supplier.
∎ Have to conduct average monthly 01(one) audit will be completed among the 6 (six) business units. Have to update every month best employee board accordingly.
∎ Ensure 100% achievement & implementation OHSMS, QMS, EMS & MDQMS certificate.
∎ Propose and improve worker satisfaction (PC, Grievance & Canteen Committee Activities).
∎ Ensure a Training Need Analysis exercise is carried out, Annual training calendar made and executed for Companywide and plant-wise for Staff and workers (with GM - HR & Compliance).
∎ To conduct as when required External Training according to management or buyers.
∎ Ensure Mid-Level Management Training and COVID-19 Training according to Customer.
∎ Update Risk Assessment & Functional All PA System.
∎ Continuous counseling to make the worker fully motivated towards their responsibilities and loyalty to the company.
∎ To increase awareness among the worker about their health and hygiene.
∎ Preparing SOP and all kinds of job responsibilities for employees.
∎ Regular monitoring attendance, absence, leave, sick leave, etc.
∎ Liaison with the different business organizations as required on behalf of the factory.
∎ Able to work under pressure and accurate
∎ Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management.
