Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.

  • Expertise in Meta Marketing (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager), including campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization.

  • Strong understanding of content strategy, social branding, and online brand positioning.

  • Expert-level content creation skills with a creative mindset and trend awareness.

  • Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop / Illustrator) is an advantage.

  • Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.

  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality creative outputs.



Responsibilities & Context:

Fakir Knitwears Ltd. is seeking a proactive, creative, and results-driven Strategic HR Branding Jr. Officer / Officer with expertise in digital marketing, Meta marketing (Facebook & Instagram), content creation, and social media management. This role requires strong visual storytelling and video editing skills to enhance and maintain the company’s employer branding and digital presence.

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital and Meta marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

  • Develop and maintain consistent employer branding and social branding aligned with company values and HR strategy.

  • Create original content including posts, reels, short videos, stories, and captions to drive engagement.

  • Edit and publish engaging video content for recruitment, internal communication, and corporate promotion.

  • Manage daily social media activities: posting, comments, messages, and audience engagement.

  • Collaborate with HR, Corporate Communication, and internal stakeholders to ensure branding compliance.

  • Analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, CTR, leads) and prepare performance reports with insights.

  • Support branding campaigns, talent attraction initiatives, events, and other promotional activities as required.
