Experience:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Master of Arts (MA)
• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor's/ Master's of Fine Arts (Ceramic Art & Design) from any reputed UGC-approved University or

• Graduates in any discipline can be relaxed with a Diploma in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts Institute, BFA, MFA, etc., which is preferred.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Tiles/Ceramic

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in tiles products design on a large scale.

Technical Skills & Creativity:

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, 2D/3D modeling tools, typography, color theory, layout design, Studio Max, Blender, Maya, etc.

• Strong artistic skills with an eye for color, texture, and form.

Position: Manager/ Senior Manager (Design & Development)

Job Context: We seek a confident, committed, performance-driven, highly motivated Senior Tiles Designer with an excellent portfolio and good communication skills. The competitive incumbent will work directly with the Creative, Production and Marketing team to deliver high-quality visual designs collaboratively and achieve the company's ultimate goal.

Job Location: Factory (Sreepur, Gazipur)

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop tiles using the required static/motion content in professional Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or After Effects.

• Create innovative tile designs, considering color, pattern, texture, and material suitability.

• Analyze current design trends and consumer preferences to inform product development.

• Develop prototypes and samples, collaborating with production teams to ensure feasibility.

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and production departments to ensure designs meet market needs and production standards.

• Review and refine designs based on feedback and quality control assessments.

• Having a creative graphic sense and visualization with 2D/3D animation.

• Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment with multiple schedules and timelines.
