Purpose of the Role:

IID is seeking an Assistant Director – Creative to design visually engaging content that amplifies IID’s mission across digital and print platforms. You will work closely with the creative, research, and program teams to develop graphics, publications, and digital content that effectively communicate our initiatives to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Content Creation

• Create graphics for social media, websites, reports, and other digital platforms.

• Develop visual assets such as infographics, banners, and presentation templates.

• Translate complex data and ideas into visually engaging and easily understandable designs.

2. Print and Publication Design

• Design layouts for reports, policy briefs, and other print publications.

• Coordinate with printers to ensure high-quality output.

3. Branding and Visual Consistency

• Ensure all designs align with IID’s branding guidelines and visual identity.

• Collaborate with the creative team to maintain visual consistency across all materials.

4. Collaboration and Support

• Work closely with research and program teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns and events.

• Provide design support for other teams as needed, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
