Institute for Informed Development (IID) is looking for a creative, energetic, and skilled Visual Content Creator (Photo & Video) who will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs and videos as well as editing them into engaging visual content. The selected candidate will document organizational events, programs, workshops, field activities, and campaigns through strong storytelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photos and videos during events, meetings, workshops, field visits, and campaigns.

• Travel outside Dhaka for field coverage and documentation when required.

• Edit photos and produce engaging video content for social media, reports, campaigns, and organizational archives.

• Create reels, short documentaries, highlight videos, interviews, and storytelling-based visual content.

• Collaborate with different teams to develop creative visual narratives.

• Ensure proper storage, backup, and organization of all visual materials.

• Maintain photography and videography equipment properly.

• Deliver edited content within set deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in photography, videography, and video editing.

• Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, framing, and audio-visual production.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / After Effects / CapCut.

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, or similar tools.

• Ability to produce high-quality cinematic and social media-friendly content.

• Willingness to travel frequently outside Dhaka.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments.

• Experience in NGOs, development organizations, media houses, or agencies will be an added advantage.
