  • Computer literacy (MS Office, reporting, documentation).



Responsibilities & Context:

Fakir Knitwears Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced, disciplined, and leadership-driven professional to head its General Administration, Transport, Security, Medical center and Fire Safety functions.

The role is designed for Retired Army Officers or equivalent disciplined service professionals (minimum rank: Major) with extensive experience in the RMG sector, capable of ensuring safety, discipline, compliance, and uninterrupted operations in a large manufacturing environment.

General Administration

  • Overall responsibility for general administrative operations ensuring smooth factory and office functioning.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor administrative policies, SOPs, and control systems.

  • Supervise facilities management, utilities, accommodation, housekeeping, and support services.

  • Liaise with government bodies, local administration, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies.

Transport Management

  • Plan, manage, and control transport operations, including staff transport and logistics vehicles.

  • Ensure vehicle maintenance, fitness, legal compliance, and safety standards.

  • Monitor fuel usage, routing efficiency, and transport cost optimization.

Security Management

  • Oversee complete security operations across factory and office premises.

  • Ensure effective access control, perimeter security, visitor management, CCTV monitoring, and asset protection.

  • Coordinate with police, intelligence, and emergency response authorities as required.

  • Conduct regular security risk assessments and drills.

Fire Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with Fire Safety regulations, BNBC, RMG safety standards, RSC standards, and buyer compliance requirements.

  • Supervise fire prevention systems, firefighting equipment, emergency exits, and evacuation plans.

  • Organize fire drills, safety training, and emergency preparedness programs.

  • Coordinate with Fire Service & Civil Defence for inspections, audits, and approvals.

Medical Center

  • Oversee overall factory medical center operations ensuring compliance with legal and buyer requirements.

  • Ensure availability of qualified medical staff, medicines, and first aid facilities.

  • Monitor medical records, accident logs, and injury reports.

  • Ensure emergency medical readiness and coordinate with nearby hospitals and ambulance services.

  • Support health awareness, first aid training, and emergency drills.

 Leadership & Reporting

  • Lead and control administration, transport, security, and fire safety teams with strong discipline.

  • Act as the key crisis management authority during emergencies, accidents, or unrest situations.

  • Prepare and submit MIS reports, incident reports, compliance updates, and management briefs.
