Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise administrative issues of all establishments of the company.
∎ Implementing Personnel & Administration Policies.
∎ Implement safety measures in all areas and ensure staffs are trained to understand and implement these measures.
∎ Transport pool management.
∎ Prepare monthly statement of attendance, overtime, holiday duties and attendance bonus.
∎ Ensure that all industrial registers are maintained properly as per govt. law.
∎ Establish fire security system in all establishments and Regular checking (once in a month) of validity & workability of fire equipments, arrange to refill fire extinguishers when necessary.
∎ Look after the security affairs of all establishments by coordinating with the local management (of establishment) and security staffs.
∎ Assist in recruiting workers, security personnel and drivers.
∎ Responsible for repair and maintenance of all Office equipment's.
∎ Record Keeping of Asset – initial assets as well as all assets added.
∎ Monitor Housekeeping.
∎ Demand and issue of Uniforms of Security personnel, Workers, Drivers and Peons.
∎ Any other duties to be assigned from the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Core HR & Admin Knowledge, Human Resources & Development.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department.
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management.
