∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide strong leadership and direction to the factory in all areas of responsibility including production administration, production processing, packaging, safety & environment.
∎ To ensure effective production planning and controlling the production with minimum process and minimum stoppage plan of the product line.
∎ Ensure quality production and inventory management as per production plan.
∎ Maintain inventory levels and control flow of product as per customer wise work order.
∎ Monitoring and ensuring optimum resource utilization, time over runs & quality compliance, evaluation production process & taking adequate corrective action.
∎ Directing team members with technical assistance and guideline to manage appropriate quality standards.
∎ Documentation and periodical reporting to plant head as per existing standard policy.
∎ Coordinating with all the relevant departments to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Resolving any issue related to plant with prior approval from management whenever applicable.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ 7 to 10 year(s) total experience in relevant field with currently working in a Managerial role is required.
∎ Applicant should have experience in Polypropylene Extrusion process.
∎ Applicant should have at least work experience at Managerial position for 03 years.
∎ Experience in flexible film industry will get preference.
∎ Must have good skill in English both spoken and written.
∎ Adequate skills in computer applications.
∎ Eagerness to take challenge and work under stress.
∎ Ability to work in a team of multi-disciplinary professionals.
∎ Judgment & Decision Making Skill.
