Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in IPE From any reputed Public, Private or Foreign Universities
∎ Bachelor's degree in applied industrial engineering or any relevant degree.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Furniture Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be aware of and understand the company's Policies, Rules and Procedures and comply with them through Coaching, Training, and Discipline.
∎ To prepare individuals for positions that requires them to handle multiple responsibilities.
∎ Follows, exactly, the "given and sequenced daily time-based plans", received from the department head / Planning Dept. :
∎ a) By continuously ensuring the timeous availability of all raw material and "consumable" (Board, glue etc.) requirements.
∎ b) By continuously adjusting and restructuring, as required, the manning at the various work sectors and workstations.
∎ Arrange in-house folders and attachments well in advance based on a scheduled production plan.
∎ Monitors, on a regular basis, (ideally hourly) the progress against the "time-based plan" and reacts to any deviations by identifying the reasons and solving the causes.
∎ Maintains quality and service by enforcing agreed organization standards.
∎ Summaries and reports daily to the Unit head, in the required and agreed format, the production output and the actual attendance figures for the day.
∎ Continuously observes and challenges current product design, production processes, and raw material standards and identifies areas for constructive improvement and cost-saving opportunities, for discussion, agreement and potential implementation.
∎ React immediately to any nonstandard issues that may arise, to be reported to the area manager daily together with confirmation actions taken.
∎ Maintains a safe, clean and tidy working environment by educating, training and directing staff on, in line with the company's health, safety, operational compliance standards, and the correct use of equipment and resources.
∎ Preparing and updating sampling status based on the production plan.
∎ Preparation of reports based on respective Cost center production and efficiency.
∎ Conducting Method study and educating to follow the best method for operators.
∎ Conducting a capacity study of individuals and fixing their targets.
∎ Follow-up study (operators who are all not achieving the (Target/Capacity)
∎ Department Manpower requirement rationalization based on target.
∎ Coordinate with different units.
∎ Forecasting all kinds of Raw materials (Import/Local) and plan for purchasing.
∎ To be directly involved in research and development and was able to establish sustainable improvements.
∎ Asset register maintain.
∎ BOM and All kinds of raw material costing.
∎ To ensure sustainable working on the production floor, it is important to carry out data analysis, brainstorming, practical thinking and implement them effectively.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Priority will be given to all types of furniture-related board experts.
Salary: Negotiable
