Responsibilities & Context:
- Responsible for export follow-up, for export purpose received invoice & packing list from Commercial, Merchant, and C&F & took necessary action for loading.
- Receive and Issue records of all materials and inventory taking of Fabrics as per procedure. Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that Fabrics are stored correctly and safely and Warehouse space is used efficiently.
- Maintain close liaison with the Production team and management and cater to their requirement successfully.
- Develop and maintain ORACLE ERP software-based system for materials.
- Maintain legal compliance for the store as advised by the compliance team.
- Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.
- Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in the best possible way
