∎ Lead the team effectively, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure the achievement of organizational goals and sales targets.

∎ Ensure all requirements within the team are met efficiently and effectively, coordinating internal and external buying communications as needed.

∎ Proactively create new customer relationships, fostering a strong network and expanding the customer base.
∎ Submit price proposals to buyers and negotiate effectively to secure deals and maintain customer satisfaction
∎ Confirm raw material requirements and follow up on procurement processes to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations.
∎ Play an integral role in contributing to the overall growth of the company through the successful performance of the team.
∎ Provide insightful inputs and suggestions to management for strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
∎ Prepare comprehensive reports on team performance, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
