Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA /Masters in any discipline from any reputed university.
∎ PGDHRM will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer's requirements
∎ adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
∎ To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health
∎ & Safety issues etc.
∎ Should have Sound Knowledge on Process & Procedure of SEDEX, BSCI,
∎ ACCORD & ALLIANCE, ISO, C-TPAT, and other certification programs.
∎ Support 3rd party factory audits as per buyers' requirements
∎ Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee
∎ motivation & worker engagement etc.
∎ Payroll management and Salary sheet checking.
∎ Handling Leave Management, performance appraisal, improves worker migration,
∎ reduce absenteeism.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(Garments)
∎ A good command of communication skills written and oral Bengali and English is
∎ very essential.
∎ The applicant Sound knowledge on Human Resource Management, BLL- 2006,
∎ Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and other industrial and environmental laws, safety
∎ rules and regulations.
