• Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict adherence to the Cutting SOP and maintain full compliance in operations.
• Lead and develop the cutting team for smooth and efficient workflow.
• Plan and execute cutting operations based on the production plan.
• Receive and verify fabrics and materials as per consumption requirements.
• Segregate fabrics by quality and manage accurate lay inspection, marking, and cutting.
• Ensure fabric consumption stays within plan and obtain approval for any variances.
• Maintain accurate numbering and bundling of cut panels per order.
• Coordinate line input according to order, plan, and cutting output.
• Monitor productivity to ensure optimal use of manpower, machines, and materials.
• Enhance efficiency and reduce labor cost by solving daily issues and setting performance targets
