∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Technical sound in Formalwear, Outerwear & Ladies Tops.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capable to review, analyze & understand the DI, Sketch, TP & customer’s standard of every style with team member before to proceed for the next and make pattern as per Block pattern/PDM/TP with applied customer’s comments & shrinkage accurately.
∎ Capable to Grade pattern as per grading chart to ensure that applied grading with shrinkage to make the fabric costing/consumption to be based on the first development pattern for formalwear (Blazer/ Dress pant / Trouser), Outerwear & Ladies Tops.
∎ Check pattern accurately and hand over to CAD department to follow in the production.
∎ Solve the problem by correcting the pattern to get best fit, measurement and quality in the garments for formalwear (Blazer/ Dress Pant / Trouser) , Outerwear & Ladies Tops.
∎ Support to all the technical issues to CAD/QAD/ Industrial Engineering & Merchandising dept. for production friendly.
∎ Review the fitting the Sample on FORM & if find any fitting issues then correct the pattern accordingly and capture the images to submit to customer as well.
∎ Attend to the PP/Risk Assessment meeting and if find any technical/critical issues then need to approve the proposal from customer by communicate with customer to approve this.
∎ Share the technical knowledge/information/document against every styles to Bulk (CAD & QAD dept.) to avoid any confusion & hassle in the production.
∎ Making nested, WT & SS Pattern by following customer comments for pattern approval for next pattern & Sample submission.
∎ Monitor fit, measurements and workmanship according to the customer requirements from development to production.
∎ Strongly follow-up every Style wise Delivery date & Production cutting date.
∎ Support to Technical team during the sample making time, if needed.
∎ Train up in-house manpower for improving process wise productivity.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
