∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Lead a team of QA and QC in Factory with proper guidance.
∎ • Capable to ensure shipment on time with Quality & Quantity.
∎ • Capable to handle factory and also order from Cutting, Sewing, Finishing & Shipment.
∎ • Capable to perform Pre-final and Final Audit of any items of all buyer and also lead an Inspection team with proper guidance.
∎ • Clear concept about third party Audit, AQL & Inspection system.
∎ • Establish buyer's policy and procedure in the factory and also Traffic Light System..
∎ • Able to perform accessories test and also Fabric Inspection.
∎ • Production follow up, Monitoring & also reporting.
∎ • Technical and Compliance audit and also system analysis for different buyers.
∎ • Sample development & Pre Production Meeting of every style.
∎ • Clear idea about lean production system.
∎ • Reporting & Monitoring the buyers requirements and Company rules & regulation.
∎ • Clear concept about performance evaluation KPI
∎ • Capable to develop system as well as training round the year.
∎ • Working experience with ZARA- Inditex,Lotto,Champion,Terranova,Lidl,Stradiverius,Carrefour,H&M, M&S, C&A, Walmart is preferable.
∎ • Creates yearly T&A calendar for Quality in alignment with overall Product Development calendar
∎ • Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information.
∎ • "Know- how" implementation on production
