Responsibilities & Context:
· Monitor operation of plant/machinery/equipment and ensure performance within defined parameters.
· Operate control systems (DCS/SCADA/PLC or relevant systems) as required.
· Conduct routine inspections of operational areas to check for abnormalities.
· Record daily operational data, logs, and shift reports.
· Assist in coordinating planned and preventive maintenance with the maintenance team.
· Identify equipment issues and report faults for timely resolution.
· Ensure minimal downtime by supporting troubleshooting activities.
· Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
· Maintain accurate records of parameters, incidents, and corrective actions.
· Assist in preparing technical documents, SOPs, checklists, and manuals.
