∎ The qualified candidate will have at least Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related professional degree from recognized university with good academic track record.

Job Context:
∎ Caritas Bangladesh (CB) is a national and non-profit development organization operating in Bangladesh since 1967. It has its Central Office in Dhaka and eight Regional Offices (Barishal, Chattogram, Dhaka, Dinajpur, Khulna, Mymensingh, Rajshahi and Sylhet Region). CB is implementing 115 on-going projects covering 202 Upazilas focusing on six main priorities i.e i) Social Welfare for Vulnerable Communities (SWVC), ii) Education and Child Development, iii) Nutrition and Health Education, iv) Disaster Management, v) Ecological Conservation and Food Security (ECFS), and vi) Development of Indigenous Peoples.
∎ Caritas Bangladesh (CB), Cox’s Bazar office is looking for suitable candidate for an immediate appointment as well as to prepare a panel list for Emergency Response to the Forcibly Displaced People of Myanmar in Bangladesh.

∎ Job Location : Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to manage all kinds of administrative works at Upazila and Field Level
∎ Maintain Leave database of Field staff and process leave applications time to time
∎ Maintain staff attendance as per organizational rules & regulations
∎ Ensure HR related letter to the staff time to time at Upazila and Field Level
∎ Assist in maintaining overall Vehicle Management at Upazila and Field Level
∎ Preserve and record Govt. and various office documents at Upazila and Field Level
∎ Book meeting/training rooms as per requirements
∎ Maintain inventory at the Upazila office.
∎ You are to single mindedly promote the best interest of the organization during performing your official job responsibility.
∎ Maintain good team spirit among all other team members for creating a dynamic team and also maintain professional line functions relationship with other staff members in the organizations.
∎ Perform any other duties/responsibilities as assigned by the authority of Caritas Bangladesh.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At Least 2 Years working experience in development agency, in similar position.
∎ Good interpersonal skill, useful in advocacy and positive approaching.
∎ Understanding and expertise on procurement, logistics and HR management
∎ Networking and a good relationship with relevant stakeholder
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office is mandatory and any other relevant software.
∎ Excellent communication skills and Problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ 45,000 (Consolidated) per month
