Job Responsibilities:
∎ Client Engagement:
∎ Build and maintain relationships with client companies, understanding their hiring needs and organizational culture
∎ Collaborate with clients to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
∎ Sourcing and Recruitment:
∎ Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
∎ Conduct candidate screening and evaluation, including resume reviews, interviews, and skills assessments
∎ Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
∎ Market Research:
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to provide clients with insights and advice on talent acquisition strategies
∎ Candidate Relationship Management:
∎ Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future placements
∎ Provide candidates with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
∎ Client Consultation:
∎ Advise clients on best practices for attracting and retaining top talent
∎ Offer expertise on compensation, benefits, and market trends to help clients make informed hiring decisions
∎ Team Collaboration:
∎ Work closely with other HR professionals, including recruiters, HR consultants, and talent management specialists, to deliver comprehensive HR solutions
∎ Compliance and Documentation:
∎ Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in recruitment and hiring processes
∎ Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate and client interactions
∎ Reporting and Analytics:
∎ Track and analyze recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts
∎ Provide regular reports and updates to clients on recruitment progress
∎ Technology Utilization:
∎ Leverage HR technology and software (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems) to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency
∎ Continuous Improvement:
∎ Continuously seek ways to improve recruitment strategies and processes
∎ Stay updated on the latest HR and recruitment trends, tools, and techniques
∎ Talent Pipeline Development:
∎ Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates for various roles
∎ Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the firm's business goals
∎ Client Retention:
∎ Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering high-quality recruitment services and solutions
∎ Budget Management:
∎ Manage the recruitment budget effectively, optimizing spend while delivering results
∎ Team Leadership:
∎ Mentor and lead junior members of the talent acquisition team (if needed)
∎ Diversity and Inclusion:
∎ Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process by developing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technology tools.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
∎ Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities.
∎ High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
