Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Computer Science or may be relaxed based on experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding business domain use cases.
∎ Working diligently with Business Development, Quality Assurance & Software Development teams in instrumenting their workflow to build a comprehensive picture of velocity, coverage and quality.
∎ Having a clear and deep knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases and debugging.
∎ Automating repeated tasks and writing automated test scripts using different test frameworks.
∎ Analyzing bugs and errors, investigating and reporting root causes.
∎ Preparing the status report and regularly updating the progress of testing activities.
∎ Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities.
∎ Understanding different client environments and simulating them to provide assistance.
∎ Managing feature documentation, troubleshooting FAQs and finding defects using different software tools.
∎ Working with the Business Development team to identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs at Production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be excellent in communication to communicate with team members and stakeholders.
∎ Must have excellent English skill for interpersonal and team communication.
∎ Must have an analytical mind and a problem-solving aptitude.
∎ ISTQB certification and Automation skill is a plus.
∎ Must be flexible with working hours, independent, self - motivated, punctual and regular.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 55000 (Monthly)
