Job Context:
∎ As an SQA Engineer, you are expected to be responsible for software test designing, planning and automation scripting for various software applications. You will be responsible to avoid delays on target release dates and ensure the quality of software.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand business domain use cases.
∎ Work diligently with Business Development, Quality Assurance & Software Development teams in instrumenting their workflow to build a comprehensive picture of velocity, coverage and quality.
∎ Have a clear and deep knowledge of test methodologies, write test plans, create test cases and debug.
∎ Automate repeated tasks and write automated test scripts using different test frameworks.
∎ Analyze bugs and errors, investigate and report root causes.
∎ Prepare the status report and regularly update the progress of test activities.
∎ Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate quality testing activities. Understand different client environments and simulate them to provide assistance.
∎ Manage feature documentation, troubleshoot FAQs and find defects using different software tools.
∎ Work with the Business Development team to identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs at Production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have at least 0 - 3 years' experience as an SQA Engineer.
∎ Must be excellent in communication to communicate with team members and stakeholders.
∎ Must have excellent English skill for interpersonal and team communication.
∎ Must have an analytical mind and a problem-solving aptitude.
∎ Experience in automation is a plus.
∎ Must be independent, self-motivated, self-learner, punctual and detail-oriented.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 55000 (Monthly)
