Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify, explore and acquire high-ticket SME businesses in the specific regions with proper offerings;
∎ Analyze the creditworthiness, background, financial position, and associated credit risks of the potential customers;
∎ Conducting extensive field visits to existing and potential customers;
∎ Prepare loan proposals with proper due diligence, facility structuring, and documentation;
∎ Monitor customers rigorously for timely collections and portfolio management;
∎ Meet the periodic targets for achieving overall business goals set by management;
∎ Remain connected and vigilant with the market and clients' preferences;
∎ Ensure high quality of services and responses to customers and stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial services;
∎ Appropriate knowledge of all types of banking products (deposit, funded, and non-funded);
∎ Ability to deal with and understand composite facilities, including trade finance;
∎ Computer literacy (MS Office);
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills;
∎ Ability to work in a team.
∎ Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled.
