Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work collaboratively with the branch colleagues to nurture and grow the transaction banking deposit business across the assigned region;
∎ Increase collections and payments through assigned bank accounts;
∎ Achieve agreed portfolio objectives promptly;
∎ Seek client feedback regularly, review them, and propose the development of products and digital channels of the bank by incorporating such market feedback;
∎ Ensure the maximum usage of the digital solutions of the bank;
∎ Ensure target growth in average deposit balance in the relationship accounts;
∎ Train up the branch colleagues through both hands-on and regular learning sessions;
∎ Book new-to-bank transactional accounts of the preferred client types of the division;
∎ Keep portfolio and operating costs as per the stated objective;
∎ Ensure compliance with all internal and external banking and relevant regulatory rules and regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar field in a reputable bank, brokerage house, or bank will be preferred;
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills to maintain a professional relationship with internal and external customers;
∎ Adequate knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and guidelines;
∎ Conceptual understanding of different kinds of existing capital market products and solutions;
∎ Sound knowledge of the existing digital banking platforms and tools;
∎ Excellent in local Bangla dialects;
∎ Be self-propelled, customer-centric, a team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.
