∎ Master / Bachelor's degree in Business from a reputed UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record;

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proactive relationship building, customer contact plans, and pipelines management of existing and new clients;
∎ Book new-to-bank from preferred client types of the division;
∎ Achieve agreed portfolio objectives promptly;
∎ Ensure target growth in average deposit balance for the assigned client portfolio;
∎ Increase collections and payments transaction in the relationship accounts;
∎ Monitor the client portfolio regularly and manage risk appropriately;
∎ Keep portfolio and operating costs as per the stated objective;
∎ Regularly seek client's feedback, review them, and propose the development of products and digital channels of the bank by incorporating such market feedback;
∎ Ensure maximum usage of digital solutions of the bank; Work collaboratively with Product and service partners to connect customers to identify opportunities and strengthen the relationship;
∎ Ensure compliance with all internal and external banking and relevant regulatory rules and regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar field will be preferred;
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills to maintain a professional relationship with internal and external customers;
∎ Sound understanding of computer skills;
∎ Proficient in stakeholder Management and Business Communication;
∎ Pro-active, problem solver, and positive attitude;
∎ Good command of presentation and analysis;
∎ Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.
