Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelors' degree, preferably in Business Administration from a reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Booking of new relationship from new and existing customer base in line with the policy.
∎ Meeting financial targets, such as Asset Growth, Liability growth, Revenue Growth, Trade Volume etc.
∎ Maximizing the wallet sharing from existing relationships.
∎ Proactively monitoring the health of the portfolio and raising timely early alert where necessary.
∎ Ensuring customer compliance with credit policy, regulatory requirement, and covenant & conditions as advised in the sanction letter.
∎ Making regular call and customer visit to monitor clients' business performance.
∎ Structuring products and credit facilities in line with customer business requirement and industry practice.
∎ Ensuring insurance, collateral and other security coverage from customer against credit facility with sufficient coverage and enforceability.
∎ Monitoring competitor, industry, economy and regulatory updates that might have adverse impact on client's cash flow and business operation.
∎ Mentoring and developing Associate Relationship Manager and Financial Analyst to make them more knowledgeable in financial products and services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4-8 years of experience in Banks & NBFIs in Corporate Banking.
∎ Strong data analytical ability.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
∎ Ability to work under stress and adaptive to changes.
∎ Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment.
