Educational Requirements:
∎ Master / Bachelor's degree in Business from a reputed UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record;

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Grow the rising business segment of capital market services which includes custodial services;
∎ Book new-to-bank transactional accounts of the preferred client types of the division;
∎ Achieve agreed portfolio objectives promptly;
∎ Seek client feedback regularly, review them, and propose the development of digital channels for the bank by incorporating such market feedback;
∎ Increase collections and payments through assigned bank accounts;
∎ Ensure the maximum usage of digital solutions of the bank;
∎ Ensure target growth in average deposit balance in the relationship accounts;
∎ Keep portfolio and operating costs as per the stated objective;
∎ Ensure compliance with all internal and external banking & relevant regulatory rules and regulations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar or associated transaction banking field in a reputed bank, brokerage house, or merchant bank is preferred;
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers;
∎ Adequate knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and guidelines;
∎ Conceptual understanding of different kinds of existing capital market products and solutions;
∎ Sound understanding of existing digital banking platforms and tools;
∎ Good command over the Microsoft Office software package;
∎ Be self-propelled, customer-centric, a team player, and capable of meeting agreed deadlines.
